1. Yes. It is called DDR: Hottest Party. It was released last month. It was bundled with a dance pad, but it was also compitable with any GameCube dance pad, including the one from Mario Mix. http://www.gamerankings.com/htmlpages2/938140.asp It retails for about $70. 3. It's already OUT? i thought it's coming out in Nov and yes they do I saw 3 of them at eb games in my nearest game store.
