mod to play wii backups?
Is there any chip out that can be installed by a nube that will allow me to play backups of wii games? How would you make backups of wii games? I have basic soldering ability, and was able to mod an xbox with minor difficulty. Is this something that i should try doing or not?

- I would advise against you doing it. Since the Wii's warranty is voided after you open up the actual Wii console, you'll want to make sure you know what you're doing. I would suggest going to www.norcalmods.com. The guy there knows what he's doing. He modded my PS2 a couple of years ago and currently has my Wii and is working on it. He's very reliable and knows what he's doing. I mean, if you want to take the risk, it's your call. I too have basic soldering skills, but I wouldn't trust myself. Try that guy out though... he accepts PayPal and is located in Modesto, California.
