Wii???????????

How much was a wii cost? Wasn't it at $250? Now they are being sold for around $400 or something. What is the real price of the wii?

3. The people selling it for USD400 are cheating you. It's 249.99. PS: No such thing as basic package for the Wii. It's a console, Wii Sports, a Wiimote and a Nunchuk (spelling is correct, no extra C). Nothing more, nothing less.

6. Sticker price is about $250. Your best bet is to get a list of phone numbers for local electronics stores. It took me about a week of calling them in order to find some in stock. Or you could get one on eBay or Amazon for a negotiated price.

14. They should be $250 at stores, but there is more demand for wii's than the actual supply. It has been said that some stores sell out the day they get their wii's in stock. When all the stores sell out people sell it for $500 or more over e-bay and other sites.

18. The actual price of the Wii is $250. Bundle packs that include extra games, equipment, etc. are alot more. The reason that people are probably selling the just Wii for over $250 is because it's in high demand, and they're sold out everywhere.

21. I paid $249.97 for mine at Walmart. I also purchased the Wii Play for $49something. My total to walk out of the store was $317.07. Of course the more you buy (games, accessories) the more you have to play. Now that the high demand of Christmas is down, you may have a better chance of finding one. Just don't go out and spend the $400-$500 on one now when you can get one in a month or so for half of that. Good luck!
