best wii games?
What are the best games out for the wii for adults? Most of the games i've seen are mainly geared toward young kids... I'm about to start downloading the old school nintendo games, i think... lol. apparently my question was misread.. i am not a moron, i know how to read the age ratings... I wanted opinions on peoples favorite games... as they are $50 each, id rather buy ones i've heard good reviews on... thanks! FYI... i'm 23, and i dont have a family :)

- Well what are you looking for? Gore? Action? Racing? My guess would be your looking for some T-M games. Resident Evil 4 is excellent. Resident evil umbrella chronicles is fun with a wii zapper. I heard man hunt 2 was also good. Thats all assuming you are looking for those kinds of games. I wanted to add nintendo is now pushing for more adult games and M games and developers have an interest in making them now that the system has really made a name for its self.
- nintendo wii is mostly for kids... adults that work and have a family shouldn't have enough time to play a wii. look for games that ae rated M for mature.
- super mario galaxy is great for evry1 but pretty hard to get
- I haven't actually played it yet but I heard Mario Galaxy is pretty cool. It is kinda like the originals you are looking for. I personally like Zelda and the Wii play games, those are fun but geared toward kids. It all depends on what you like.
- Well, I have a Wii and I am having the same problem as you, but I'm going to have to agree with some other people. Search for games rated T- AO (Adults Only), it should work. I play my Xbox 360 and my Playstation 3 more often than my Wii so thats all I can tell you. Good luck. =)
- Well here are some games for Wii that are targeted at an older audience: - The Legend of Zelda "Twilight Princess" (T) - Red Steel (T) - Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition (M) - Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles (M) - Metroid Prime 3 "Corruption" (T) - The Godfather: Blackhand Edition (M) - Scarface (M) - Manhunt 2 (M) - Medal of Honour Heroes 2 (T) - Guitar Hero III "Legends of Rock" (T) - Trauma Center: Second Opinion (T) - Trauma Center: New Blood (T) Also, some games like Super Mario Galaxy and Super Paper Mario are fun no matter what your age, much like the classics that started Mario's respective franchise. Also like you said, you can't go wrong with some of the classics on the Virtual console: - Super Mario Bros. (NES) - Super Mario Bros. 2 (NES) - Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES) - Super Mario World (SNES) - Super Mario 64 (N64) - The Legend of Zelda "Ocarina of Time" (N64) Anyway, I hope this helps you out! - I recommend Big Brain Academy and Link's Crossbow. In Big Brain Academy, you answer questions to see how smart you are...more logic type problems than trivia. It is great for parties. Both Guys and Gals seem to enjoy it. Link's Crossbow is also a pretty fun game. Think of it as Duck Hunt more up to date grandson. The premise is still the same...shoot stuff with the zapper. However, you have three main types of shooting games within it. You have a stationary shooter where you shoot targets, a shooter where you rotate 360 degrees shooting bad guys, and a shooter where you walk around and shoot bad guys. It is all set in the Zelda environment. And the price is only $25!! You get the Wii Zapper and the game. I wouldn't pay $50 for the game but $25 is a great price. I love the old school games. Check out www.vc-reviews.com. It is a great Virtual Console site that is updated daily. I also recommend renting games. Why risk paying $50 for a game...everyone liked but you think is stupidly boring...when you can rent it for $8. After you rent it, if you like it....then go out and get it for yourself. Happy Gaming
- I don't really consider the "maturity" of a game to be an issue unless it is movie based or educational. So games like Super Mario Galaxy are fun for everyone. I do recommend the virtual console games too. I think super smash bros brawl comes out in a few months and I recommend that too.
