4. Yes, and you actually have more flexibility. Wii Points cards are only in 2000 point increments. With a credit card through the Wii Shop Channel, you can buy in 100 point increments, with a minimum of 1000 per purchase.
5. Actually the cards are in 1000 increments, but whatever. You can use a credit card. Just say purchase on the game you want then select the credit card payment by entering all your card info.
