Does anyone get the "eject your disc" screen with wii mod?

I recently got my wii modded and now sometimes i get the eject screen with legal and back up games. I was wondering if this is normal...with wiikey

2. 1 day I got this AVATAR game and I played it for ages until evry 5 minutes the eject thing came up now I dont play it no more but it's never happened to my other games.
3. you shouldn't mod your Wii. bad things happen.
