  1. The gamecube games inserts directly into the Wii, then you plug the memory card and controllers on top of the Wii. No you cannot download Wii games through the internet. You can however buy Virtual Console games (games from old systems) off the Wii Shop Channel.
  2. In order to play Gamecube games you will need a Gamecube controller (Wii remote won't work with any game) and Gamecube memory card as the Wii internal memory won't store save data from GC games. The only games you can download are the Virtual Console games (from old consoles like the NES, SNES, N64, Genesis, Neo-Geo, etc) and the WiiWare titles.
  3. You just put the GC cd in the Wii CD slot and it runs it. You don't need another remote. No you cant download Wii games. But you can buy virtual console games through the Internet through a channel called the Wii Shop Channel. It's a channel where you use Wii Points (Wii Points can be bought at any store that sells games. 1500 for 15 dollars and 2000 for 20 dollars. Then at the Wii Shop, you can buy old classic games like Super Mario Brothers and other classics for about 500-1000 Wii Points a game. There is also a category in the Wii Shop Channel called "Wii Ware" where Nintendo sells a various number of new games such as the popular online game "Defend Your Castle" and others.
  4. this site will give you a nintendo wii just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want a wii (like me).
