Wii Help

What are the best Wii games for older adults?

My mom just got my 60 year old dad a Wii and he LOVES it, but so far he only knows how to play the Wii Sports games that come with it. We're getting him Mario Kart also, but what else might be good for him? He's not going to want anything that's too complicated, the whole video games thing is still very very new to him.... Ideas?

  1. Wii fit. Uhhhhhh.......
  2. wii fit is pretty cool and u can never go wrong with mario party of 8.lol
  3. elebits- all you have to do is aim with the controller and hit all of the little creatures called elebits
  4. AWWW that's so cute. sorry lol. ummm... Wii play is similar to wii sports and Mario Kart is really fun. Maybe look for other racing games or Mario Party. They have short mini games where some are interactive and some are not. Good luck.
  5. surprisingly, no ideas
  6. Wiifit Wiiplay Wiimusic(when it comes out) Big Brain Academy Excite truck Super Mario Galaxy Those game have simple controls
  7. Another game you might like is Big Brain Academy, it stimulates your mind and has a fitness part like the wii play does. It's not hard, but it does challenge you a bit.
  8. There are many sports games beyond what comes with the Wii.. One for fishing, bowling, golf and even one for swimming in the ocean. There is a pinball one (I remember when pinball machines where great) There is a ER doctor, CSI. Depends on his interests.
  9. Wii Fit,Boom Blox,Trauma Center New Blood,SSBB (Super Smash Bros. Brawl,Wii playground,Wii Play(comes with free controller also),and Wii Ski
  10. Boom Blox. It's a little kiddy, but the puzzle fun is great for all ages. Essentally, it's a game where the goal is to knock down giant towers of blocks. Simple at first, but dastardly hard as it goes on.
  11. I'd get him NCAA 09, it comes out Tuesday, July 15th Also MLB2k8 is out now, great baseball game If he likes NCAA09, get him Madden 09 on August 12th.
  12. Wii Play maybe wii fit,, Mario Party 8 is simple and fun
  13. yes Mario Kart is good Wii fit to help him stay in shape if he likes skiing then get wii ski, you say hes new to video games so wii play teaches you how to do different actions, carnival games is very fun even though it is a childish game and endless ocean is a sooting game where you scuba dive in the Mauna Loa sea in Hawaii the land graphics are bad but the sea graphics are terrific. It is a very soothing game for when you are stressed and last but not least big brain academy it is a very fun game where you can challenge your friends to various mind games
  14. Wii Fit and Mario Kart are revoloutionary and frankly, super cool. Since you've decided on Mario Kart already, Wii Fit seems like a perfect fit. It is really simple and easy to use. Plus it gets you in shape with fun games like dancing, hula-hooping, yoga, soccer, skiing, and snowboarding.
