Is there a guitar hero and guitar that works on the wii AND 360? will it also work for rockband? can i mod one

1. That is not possible, The components in the guitar are different for each system. Wii and Xbox 360 are totally different. You know how on the Xbox there are yellow, red, green and blue buttons on the controller? Well When making the guitar for Xbox they literally take the buttons from the controller and put it into the guitar. Same goes for the Wii. I hope this answers your question.
