How do I get my Wii system to permanently add another remote?
I just bought another remote and my wii system is not permanently registering that I have another one. How do I get it to always register?

- You have to sync it up with the Wii System. Check your Wii Instruction book for more info about sync-ing your remote. Look in the table of contents.
- this site will give you a nintendo wii just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want a wii (like me).
- Take the battery cover off the back of your wii remote and you'll see a red button. Don't push it yet. Open the SD card slot and next to it you'll see another red button. While the wii is turned on, push both the red buttons on the wii and remote at the same time. Once the wii remote is registered, it will be permanently set to your wii.
- Press the sync button on the Console and on the Remote at the same time.
- if you unplug your wii then it does that because i have done that many times and i had to reconnect my controllers
