what Wii games would be best for an elderly home?

i'm trying to find the best games for a Wii that would keep the seniors both physically and mentally active.

4. The best game would be Wii Sports! It's easy because you only have to press one button for most of the activities. All of my family loves playing it at Christmas because anyone can do it from my 3 year old cousin to my 70 year old uncle. So definately Wii Sports, the added bonus is that is comes with the Wii when you buy it!! Hope this helps!
