What US Gamecube games work on Australian Gamecube/Wii?
We have brought our Australian Wii system to the US, and would love a list of Gamecube and Wii games produced in the US that will work on the Australian system. Thank you! Thanks for responses. Upon further investigation it appears the Free Loader has been bricked by Nintendo as of June 2008. Don't buy it, if you can still get it, it won't work any more.

- technically, none should. in the us, we use the NTSC format, while almost everywhere else in the worls uses PAL, including australia. i know this is an xbox disk, but same concept http://www.covergalaxy.com/forum/attachments/microsoft-xbox-360/2244d1171552543-winning-eleven-pro-evolution-soccer-2007-ntsc-label-winning-eleven-pro-evolution-soccer-2007-dvd.jpg where it says ntsc, it should say pal if you want the disk to work in your wii edit: i guess nintendo labels their disks differently. http://www.covergalaxy.com/forum/attachments/nintendo-wii/1944d1165814089-wii-sports-ntsc-disc-wii-sports-cd.jpg if you look reeeeeeeally closely at the bottom of the disk, it says 'for use only in usa, canada, mexico and latin america'. but its for the same ntsc/pal reason i explained earlier.
- really the gamecube games are region lock, not region free. but if you buy the freeloader, then it will work on the gamecube or wii system. http://us.codejunkies.com/Products/GCN-Freeloader---USA__EF000199.aspx
