1. I can't watch YouTube right now, so I will give the run down of what I know that is coming out. If it is feudal japan style from a first person perspecitve, then it is Dynasty Warriors. If it is cartoony and violent, and the sword is a lazer katan, it is No More Heros. (That game is gonna be huge) If it is a fighting game, It is probably Bleach. Sorry I can't help you further.
2. No question about it, it's "Red Steel." It's actually been out for awhile so you can get it at a good price.
