Nintendo Wii?

i received a nintendo wii for Christmas and i love it. However i am experiencing what feels like a pulled muscle in my chest. You can laugh, but i am serious. With the wii sports, you are physical and up and moving. If i turn or move the wrong way, it hurts, but not bad. and for no apparent reson, it will hurt. do you think this is a pulled muscle? let me know what you think

  1. Well my dad was golfing on wii sports and hurt his wrist and it got better so ur is prob gonna get better
  2. I think you're being a sissy that doesn't get any exersize, and for once, experienced a very little bit of physical activity. Plus, you don't have to move that much just to make it work. Jeeze! "People these days are becoming such sissies." Quoted by one of my teachers.
  3. i have one too and i haven't had this problem. you probably were swinging it as if it were real baseball bat or golf club. don't swing it your hardest because it doesn't make a difference if you're going all out or just mildly swinging. you also might not use this motion very much so its working muscles you don't normally use. just rest your arm and it should be fine.
  4. I saw this coming, and I posted it, but nobody will believe me. The problem is that most people who are gamers are usually couch potatoes anyway, so when they're exercising for the first time in ages, they're bound to be sore because those muscles are actually doing for for the first time in years. I don't think you have a pulled muscle. I think it's just lactic acid building up in your muscles. It'll go away with time.
