Can a UK Wii console access the Australian Wii online servers?
I live in Australia and am considering buying a Wii off eBay from the UK. It's half the price of others on offer but I am unsure whether I could access the online service in Australia using the foreign console. I have looked into using modchips and the freeloader, but I don't want to ban my console from playing online, or turn it into a paperweight by stuffing up a chip installation.
