  1. start in eb games or gamestop..they have new and used wiis..that are guranteed to work.ebay and sites like dat have used ones but dey are guranteed to work. http://www.ebgames.com/default.asp
  2. lol maybe she wants to get on shape try Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree or Cooking Mama: Cook Off if she likes cooking she will like the second one!
  3. you can usually find new ones at best buy, but gamestop or eb games sometimes have refurbished ones, which means they were broken, but put back on the assembly line. those ones work well and are cheaper, but usually dont come with wii sports
  4. A great game that your mom would love is Wii Sports. It comes with the Wii. Its non threatening, and a lot of fun. I'm not a baseball, golf, bowling, or boxing fan. But I play these games on the Wii. I'm a tennis player, and LOVE playing tennis on the Wii. You probably need to ask her Why she wants one. What did she see on TV that made her want one. Then you'll know what to get. Some ideas: She might enjoy Big Brain Academy. (its a game that measures your brain's weight according to how well you do on Memory, Logic or Matching mini games. Its a lot of fun. Perfect for any age. Its fun to get your brain to "weigh more" :) Cooking Mama: Cook off Looks like a lot of fun if she thinks cooking is fun, and even if she doesn't, this game will change her mind! Its virtually cooking with the wii mote (wii remote control) the Wii mote acts as a handle on a pan, a potato masher (you hold it accordingly) Stir, Grate, Slice. A lot of the Wii's games are geared towards Gamers, but they have a bunch (like the ones mentioned above) where you don't have to be a gamer to enjoy. Animal Crossing is game that she should definitely get when it comes out. (they haven't made one for the Wii yet, but they will!) For your question about classics, Yes they do have classic games for download, but they cost about $4 - $16 depending on the game. Games from the systems: Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo64, Sega Genesis and NEC TurboGrafx. Each system has a library of their most successful games. You can download the original Mario Bros, and Super Mario Bros.
  5. Buy from a good friend of mine! hardly ever used he says and in great shape! http://cgi.ebay.com/Mint-Nintendo-Wii-Console-Used-LIKE-NEW-great-L-K_W0QQitemZ220136982940QQihZ012QQcategoryZ62054QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
