Summary: Commenters on Digg say Nintendo may have been lax on its standards for GPUs in Wii's original production run. Until Nintendo issues an official statement, however, it's all just speculation. Whatever the case, my Wii is in a box on a UPS truck somewhere between here and Syracuse, NY. I could be Wii-less for two weeks or more, but sending my Wii in was the best option.Nintendo
