I think I want a Wii fit, but know nothing at all about Wii. What do I need to buy to start exercising? I don't know what I need to buy--the options on Amazon are confusing to me. Will the system work on an old TV that's not digital? Once I buy Wii Fit, can I add on games that my grandchildren might like?

My roommate bought the wii fit and we have one board and i was wondering if i buy another one if two people can do the yoga, strength and all those exercises ?
