what is the best exercise routine on the wii fit to lose weight?
I gained 10 pounds that I want to take off so I can fit back in my favorite jeans and I want to know what the best exercises are to do on the wii fit to lose the extra 10 pounds.

- The strength exercises are good for building muscles which in the longrun burns fat. But the aerobics are good for burning calories. The balance games help target your core which builds muscle which like i said, burns fat. And the yoga (stretches) is one of the best most relaxing workouts there is... Make a combination of the running, extreme balance tests, all strength exercises, and yoga... if you keep a good pace at the running you will unlock longer tracks...and a tip : if you get sick of running in place, as long as the wii remote is in your pocket, you can run anywhere in your house
- okay well I have the wii fit and i absolutely LOVE it! I feel like it really helps me and I used to HATE working out but on the wii fit now its so much fun! If you want to do an activity that you feel loses the most weight I would have to say Jogging. If you have unlocked the free jog you should do that one. You should put your duration up to 30 minutes and run for 30 minutes and take a little break at the half way mark. If you feel that running in place isn't doing anything for you, you can run in circles in front of your t.v. That's what I like to do when I'm really in the mood. Also the boxing game (if you unlocked it) really helps your arms, and is a workout for your arms. You may also want to try any of the strength training such as pushups. I love the pushups on there and I used to hate pushups. They really do tone your arms I feel better already! Well to sum it up I would have to say jogging the most, especially free jog if you have it, and strength training and maybe some boxing! Well hope I helped!! Good Luck =]
- I usually go for a brisk walk for 30 minutes and push my baby in his stoller then by the time we get back home he's a sleep so I can finish my work out on the wii fit. I think the hula hoop is a really good work out if you push your self to get more spins each time and the step arobics. Then I do a combination of strength training and yoga. The jack knife really helps your abs.
